23 Oct How to select a presenter in Google Hangouts

From time to time when running a Google Hangout, you may be the owner of the event, but require one of your attendees to take the lead on the speaking. Setting a presenter allows you to specify which speaker to show on screen, without the window jumping to different attendees in the hangout.

Setting a presenter is easy. Once all of your attendees have arrived, and you’re in the hangout, simply click onto the person that you want to present.

You will then see a menu, where you can select ‘Present to everyone.’ When you click this option, everyone in the hangout will then see this presenter in their Hangouts window. The presenter will be displayed with a green bar, allowing them to ‘Stop’ presenting at any point.
