Send emails to event guests based on their response in Google Calendar: With this feature, you can send different responses to event guests in Google Calendar based on their responses.
You’ll need to begin by opening up the Google Calendar event and heading over to the right hand side where you can see the event guests.
You will notice a link in blue which says ‘Email guests’, which you will need to open. This will open up a pop out window which then allows you to email your event guests.
You will notice that the To: field shows a check box selection for guests based on their response, and all email addresses are then listed below. You can chose to only select guests with a certain response, to send a unique message to these guests. In this instance, I want to message anyone who has responded as ‘Maybe’.
As you can see, I have selected Maybe and I can now only see the email address of the person with this response. I can now send a unique message to this person or anyone else who had responded Maybe. You could however still remove people by their email address if you wanted to exclude anyone from this group.
You can repeat this process and send a unique message for each response, asking people to confirm their attendance, reschedule, or provide an update.
