Along with a new logo for September 2015, Google have also launched a brand new and improved Google Forms. With a whole new look sporting material design, Google Forms has transformed with a whole new interface and a host of new features too, with more on the way. seo link . Google wants you to know that this update is an early, opt-in-only release of the new Forms, which you can access here, and more features and functionality will continue to be added.
So let’s take a look at what’s new. First, there is the vastly different interface which moves away from the similar feel Forms had to Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. The purple default colour is in line with the new purple icon which has been launched.
The Forms titles are edited at the top left, by typing over the default ‘Untitled Form’ text.
Adding features such as questions, text, images or videos can all be done via the new right hand floating widget hovering next to your Form.
Heading up to the top left, clicking on the artists palette will allow you to change the colour of your theme, pick a default theme or add your own.
The eye icon will allow you to see your live form, and the settings cog is where you will find all your form and sharing settings.
Finally, a key update, you can view your responses from within Google Forms by toggling across to the Responses tab in the middle of the screen, next to Questions. Your responses will also be accessible too through Google Sheets.
