05 May Google Drive notifications on Google Chrome
Google have introduced a new feature in Google Drive – web notifications will appear on your screen when someone shares a Google Drive file with you. A notification will also show when someone requests access to a file. This feature is only available on Google Chrome.

To active or deactivate this feature, go to the Settings icon on the top right of your screen – select the ‘Notifications‘ option and click on the ‘Notify me on this device‘ as shown below.
