What we need

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative for our Google Cloud Unit. Sales Representatives play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives whilst managing existing accounts and growing their revenue by upselling and cross-selling.

As a Google Cloud Account Manager you will be responsible for defining, executing and owning the engagement plan for key prospects against our Google Cloud Platform products. You will be responsible for building account strategies, opportunity plans and managing the execution of complex engagements.

Activities

  • Plan and execute face-to-face Meetings with key decision makers in large organizations (CIO, COO, CFO, CEO) to create business opportunities; this will involve frequent travel within UK and Ireland
  • Leverage Google Sales Engineering and Marketing resources and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them
  • Keep thorough records of customer interactions and provide quarterly business projections on a weekly basis
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position Google solutions through strategic value based solution
  • Proven track record of successfully selling Enterprise products
  • Strong track record in client SaaS/cloud software adoption
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally at C-level within prospect companies
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently, but within a team environment.

Job Specification

Working primarily with the Google Web technology stack, the successful candidate will have either just recently achieved a good award level within a development related degree or has at least two years’ experience of software development at an enterprise level. Experienced candidates must also have strong commercial experience, good communication skills. Recent graduates must be able to demonstrate strong OO development skills in Python, Java coupled with a strong desire to go Google and develop on the cloud . You will be expected to work within, and contribute heavily to, a close-knit team of technical engineers who are highly motivated and focused. A passion for software development, interest in new technologies and the regular consumption of technology blogs and articles is an absolute necessity for the successful applicant.

 

The successful candidate will be engaged fully throughout the development process solving our clients specific challenges.

 

  • Capturing client requirements via onsite or remote meeting sessions
  • Design. Documenting business rules. Application logic / flow. Creating UX wireframe prototypes.
  • Implement via the most appropriate technologies either scripts or compiled code. Apps script, Java, JS, Python

2nd Line Support Technician

The person we are looking for will be tasked with providing support to our global client base, predominantly supporting those using Google for Work.

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, with good problem solving skills and a natural ability to understand and work with new technologies.

Preferably, you will have previous experience in a similar technical support role or a technology related degree or qualification. Regardless of your experience, you should be eager to embrace new technologies and regular consumption of technology blogs is advantageous to help further your career. An understanding of general IT troubleshooting is vital to this position.

 

This role comes with great opportunity to learn and progress, for the right candidates that are willing to show a passion to the role and to providing great customer service.

 

Responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting support escalations from customer system administrators

Troubleshooting support queries from customer end-users

Provide assistance in training and deployments

Provide general IT support for the Netpremacy team

Learning the Google for Work suite and working towards becoming a Google for Work technical deployment specialist

Training and Change Co-ordinator

As a premier partner with Google, the successful applicant will work closely with Googles in-house training and change team.

 

Typical Work Activities:

Delivering training sessions on a one-to-one and group basis in Google deployments, based on the needs of the individual or organisation;

Conducting Training Needs Analyses where necessary for successful deployments;

Identifying training needs for different user cases within deployments;

Working in a team to design specific training sessions, and produce training materials specific to trainees needs and use cases;

Creating relevant feedback forms for evaluation of sessions – use this feedback to structure and improve session content and agendas;

Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;

Keeping up to date with Google product updates and changes, to communicate these out to users;

Designing and building communications for deployments to send to large user bases;

Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals and attending relevant courses;

Having an understanding of e-learning techniques and remote training.
